Spaview is a new property that is furnished to the highest standard, with views that are simply stunning. The property is very spacious and would make an ideal base for your time in Queenstown. The property is situated on a quiet, private roadway that leads off Hensman Road. Spaview is set back on the hill with native bush behind.
Spaview is a large stand alone 5 bedroom, 3 level property. The main living areas are on the top floor and the main bedrooms are on the middle floor. Outside we have a balcony at the front and a large paved BBQ area at the rear of the property that is flood lit leads upto the outdoor spa pool/jacuzzi which stands on its own platform high above the rear of the property - offering sensational views. The house itself has 2 lounge areas, a large dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with every appliance imaginable. There are 2 large screen TV's each with their own satellite decoder and surround sound DVD system. There is also a CD music system that has speakers set into the ceiling around the property. We have a selection of CD's and DVD's available for your use.
The master bathroom has a large walk-in double shower with granite benchtops. There are also stereo speakers in the ceiling so you can enjoy your favourite music whilst relaxing in the bath. The bathrooms all have have underfloor heating, heated towel rails and hairdryers.
You will be met at Spaview on your arrival. We also provide some local wines and fresh flowers for your arrival. Our property manager lives close by incase you need anything during your stay. Full housekeeping every third day is included during your stay - cleaning, linen, towels, bathrobes & slippers. We can also arrange any extras for you such as grocery shopping, restaurant bookings, helicopter trips, personal chef, catering, vehicle hire etc. We also include free wireless broadband internet access.
