- SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150.

- Final cleaning fees € 100.

- Week cleaning: € 100.

- The amount includes the final cleaning of the kitchen.

- Garage (upon request): € 70 per car per week.
- Rates are per apartment per day, for a MAX of people occupancy as stated under each apartment number.* FOR WINTER SEASON THE RATES ARE PER APARTMENTS PER WEEK.

- Small Pets are allowed upon authorization.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION:
Deposit equal to 30% of the stay not later than 7 days from the date of booking. If the deposit is not received, the reservation is subject to automatic cancellation.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
- Deposit: credit card, bank transfer, postal order.

- Balance (day before departure): personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Pagobancomat.

Renter agrees that the credit card number provided at the time of reservation can be charged up to the sum of € 150 in the event of damage or misuse occurring. After your departure the accommodation is inspected. Provided the accommodation is left in a reasonable condition and no items are missing or damaged, then your credit card will not be charged i.e. a broken dish or glass is acceptable and is part of the normal every day usage. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be charged. In the event it is found the accommodation incurred careless damage, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees their credit card will be debited.

CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellation notice 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: No Penalty. Deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation notice 44/30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Penalty 30% of whole amount.
- Cancellation notice 29/15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Penalty 70% of whole amount.
- Cancellation notice 15 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date: Penalty 100% of whole amount.
- NO refund for Early departures or late arrivals.
